What is your typical MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)?
Our MOQ for most products is 100 pcs per model. For mixed models or trial orders, we offer flexible solutions.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard production lead time is 25 – 35 working days. Shipping time varies by destination — typically 15–35 days by sea, 3–7 days by air.
Can you handle shipment to our local port or warehouse?
Yes. We offer FOB, CIF, and DDP options. Just tell us your destination port or address.
Product & Customization
Do you offer OEM/ODM services?
Yes, we offer full OEM & ODM support including custom logos, colors, finishes, and packaging design.
Can we request product samples before placing orders?
Yes. Samples are available upon request. Sample fees are refundable upon confirmed order.

What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, L/C at sight, and PayPal (for samples or small orders). For larger orders, we usually require a 30% deposit, 70% before shipment.
After-sales & Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
Our bathroom faucets and accessories come with a 3–5 year warranty depending on the model. Any product with manufacturing defects will be replaced or credited.
What should I do if I receive damaged or defective items?
Please send us photos or videos within 7 days of receiving the goods. We’ll arrange replacement or compensation as per agreement.
